A Step to Step Guide to Installing Hibernia

**Click on the hyperlink text to view an image of what you should be seeing for the current step.

1. Download the Hibernia Beta 9.5A here. Make sure you save the installer to a folder where you'll be able to find it.

2. Open up the folder where you saved the installer to.

3. Double-click the program entitled 'Hibernia Beta 9.5A'.

4. You should see a box that looks like this. Click 'Next'.

5. On the following screen, type in where you want to install Hibernia. I recommend not messing with the default location. Hit 'Next' once you have chosen.

6. Click 'Start', and wait for the loading bar to completely fill with green.

7. On the next screen, make sure the box next to the text, 'Launch Hibernia Beta 9.5a', is checked. Click 'Next' again, and on the last screen, click 'Finish' to exit the installer.

8. If you followed Step 7 correctly, Hibernia should open by itself.

9. When the Hibernia window appears, a number of pop-up's will appear. Just wait a few moments until you see the title screen.

10. Once the title screen appears, click 'New Character.' Before creating a new character, you must be connected to the Hibernia server. You will automatically connect before going to the character creation screen.

11. You should now have been brought to a screen that looks like this. Replace whatever is in the 'Name' and 'Password' fields with what you'd like (make sure to put in a sensible username, or you'll risk getting banned), choose your gender, class, and appearance by clicking on the arrows below the character image. Once you're done, click 'OK'.

12. You are now finally ready to enter the wonderful world of Hibernia. Just click 'Load Character', fill in the 'Name' and 'Password' fields with what you put in the character creation screen, click 'OK', and you'll connect to the Hibernia server and be brought to the starting point shortly.
