You should APPLY for a 'job' in the APPLICATIONS thread...

not in suggestions...

Plus, if you are applying, it'd be nice to give out actual reasons of why you want the job and show some dedication twords the application to show the appreciation you can carry through the job. I mean, you are missing all punctuation (with the exception of a ',' which isn't even necessary), not capitalizing "i", and not even writing reasons but just statements of what would supposibly happen if you were accepted. Lastly, the title name, if anything, should be 'Arbiter' or 'Arbiter or Reporter' because you want the Arbiter job more.

Anyways, I say: No.

Though, my say doesn't always go... even more so now, since I don't have as much free time as I used to for Hibernia.

I agree with Manu, develop a decent vocabulary. Take a grammar class, and ask politely with some reasons as to why you should be an Arbiter or Reporter. Truthfully I think we need another Arbiter, but I think it should be someone who's been around longer than golden. Someone who's earned the right to a posistion.
