Collectors Every monster should have a separate no purpose item that they should drop with a higher chance then most other items. Such as, a wolf dropping a fang, orc dropping orc meat, and a cyclops dropping...an eye? etc. Then in each town, where the monster is usually roaming, there should be a collector that trades 10, or some number depending on the odds of the drop, for an item or gold. EX: 10 Slime's slime: 100 gold 10 Wolf fangs: a short sword 30 wolf fangs: a small shield 20 orc meats: Chain helm 50 orc meat: Chain armor/ long sword I think these examples are enough to get you started with your own ideas. |
