Default IMDb's Top 250

IMDb Top 250

This is the Internet Movie Database's top 250 movies of all time. What do you guys think? Do you agree that The Godfather is the best movie of all time? I personally have never seen it, but I plan to within the next week. How about other movies on the top list? What are some Honorable mentions? What do you think should have been on it?

The Shawshank redemption was a great movie. It probably deserves it's spot as number two. Most of those movies are great and the few that I haven't seen actually makes me want to go watch them. Some of the honorable mentions for me are #28- Fight Club, #64- Saving Private Ryan, #87 - The Prestige, #113 - Back to the Future, #168 - The Big Lebowski and #172 - 3:10 to Yuma just to name a few (And by that I MEAN a few.) I was surprised to see a lot of the recent Disney movies on there like The Incredibles and Ratatouille. Anyone think that Boondock Saints should have been on it?

So yeah....I wanna hear your thoughts on it.

Also....Max Payne movie with Mark Wahlberg?

I think that the movie 'Black Hawk Down' should have been on the list.

The Godfather is definitely ONE of the best movies of all time, but I can't decide whether or not it was THE best. It was damn good though, shame on you for never seeing it! The second one was pretty good too, the third one was just plain horrible.

Yeah, Pulp Fiction is a great movie, but #5 isn't a bad spot. It was pretty damn funny when he "accidentally" shot Marvin in the face.

Woot, Lion King : D

I'm quite easy to impress when it comes to movies...not much nowadays, though.

Yeah, I know what you mean. There's just way too many cheap comedies and movies are getting over-powered by CG. A prime example for that is the flick, 300. I tried watching that movie twice and couldn't get through it. I really don't know why so many people liked it =/
