What lone described was Free running, jumping off ******** and testing your physical abilities.

Parkour is more than that, (originated in Europe of course), it's the "art" of constant fluid motion. Constant running, jumping, climbing, etc. It's more physically taxing than free running cause you just keep on goin.

USC football.
Parkour was also in the new (now kinda old) james bond movie.....the latest one. I do it sometimes.....when i do i go medium to extreme, parking lots and malls n stuff. no jumping building to building 2 floors...i know my limits. Basically one floor or MAYBE two, im a beg though.
