Default Renting out a room.

I was thinking of buying a house soon if I can get a Prepaid Visa Card, I'm waiting till August 9th (My birfdai!!11111) to see if my parents will get one me, if they don't I'll try to get one on my own. Anyway I was wondering if it is possible to charge someone money for another room in my house or is that against the rules? Someone has offered me a sum of money for a room in my house so yeah, if anyone can answer this (preferably King), I would appreciate it. I know someone in the housing district has a two-person house already, but they're married, not sure if it's still possible without having to get married.

Mmmm well c, I've been working on a "closet" script that could easily be adapted to let users run a hotel or something.

Well there is room in my house, but it'd be better with an extra room.

Well I don't want to run a hotel, just one other person pays for a room. Hotels would be really expensive to own, constantly adding more rooms and stuff.

Well you probably won't be able to access it since they'll have their own key and door.

Deleted DDay's post as it was completely off-topic. Send it in a pm or something, DDay.

I'm not sure, just leave it there I guess. If they've been gone for like a year or something I'll just give it to one of their friends and they can try to get in contact with them.

They should just buy cabinets or their own house.
